What I Did: Audited both operations, worked with both location managers and the founder, and aligned strategy across both sites.
The Result: Annual growth lifted from 30% to 35% YoY. Two additional facilities have since opened.

Workflow Creation
The Problem: A 5-person manufacturing team had no system for booking presentations. Double bookings, missed meetings, constant rescheduling.
What I Did: Built a SharePoint form capturing all booking details. Created printed and digital documentation for the full team.
The Result: 25 total meetings in all of 2025 → 47 meetings in Q1 2026 alone.
US Healthcare Call Center - KPI Dashboard
The Problem: Management was stuck in meetings all day trying to fix KPI issues. The team had no support on the floor.
What I Did: Created and pitched a Team Lead role. Built a call review system to coach agents individually on call quality and efficiency.
The Result: 40% improvement in KPIs. Staff developed skills and moved into better roles within the organisation.
US Cardiology Clinic -
Software Training
The Problem: A 40-person clinic refused to adopt telehealth. Too little time. Too many concerns about patient data security.
What I Did: Learned the platform in 24 hours. Built training docs. Delivered hands-on sessions to 5 groups. Spent 1:1 time with all 7 physicians.
The Result: All staff trained in 10 working days. Requested to roll out the same programme at 3 additional clinics.
