Chaos is just a system you haven't built yet.

Your business has outgrown the way it runs. Let's fix that.

Services

I work with businesses of 15–80 people that have grown faster than the way they run things. At some point, the old system stops working, and you can feel it. Nobody can explain the actual process. The same questions come up every week. Good people leave because nothing is written down. I go in, find what's actually broken, fix it, and build something your team can run without you in every room.

Our Story

Your business has outgrown its processes. That's actually a good problem.

Your business has outgrown its processes. That's actually a good problem.

It means you're growing. It means the early days worked. It means you've built something worth building properly.

But here's what that growth actually looks like from the inside: the same questions coming up every week. The same two people are fielding everything because nobody else knows how it's supposed to work. Decisions that should take an hour are taking three days because the right information is sitting in someone's inbox, or in their head, or nowhere at all.

When you started, it worked differently. With a small team, you didn't need formal processes — everyone was in the same room, you could hear what was happening, and communication fixed itself. Then you hired more people. Then more. Then you had departments, and hierarchy, and suddenly the thing that worked when there were eight of you is quietly causing chaos now that there are forty.

The process is broken because it was built for a different version of your business.

That's the scaling zone. It's where founder bottlenecks happen. Where margins creep away without anyone noticing. Where good people leave because nobody can really explain how anything is supposed to work and eventually, neither can you.

I'm Jordan. I go into businesses like yours, find what's actually broken, and rebuild the operational foundation, so your team can function without you in every room. I specialise in construction, healthcare, and professional services because these industries have operational structures that generalist consultants consistently get wrong and I'd rather work in the places where I know I can get it right.

I've spent eleven years doing this across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe. I hold a Master's in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration. But honestly, what qualifies me more than any of that is eleven years of sitting inside operational chaos, finding the thing everyone else missed, and fixing it in a way that actually gets used.

If your business has outgrown the way it runs, let's fix that.

Strategic Expansion Support

BEFORE

Their pricing process lived in three people's heads, turnaround was slower than competitors half their size, and nobody could give a client a consistent answer.

We built a consistent quoting process, tracking systems, and documentation that their team could actually use without being walked through it every time.

Process Documentation and Training

BEFORE

Fast growth had left every staff member working from their own version of the process. With six people that's manageable. With a team handling patient documentation, it's a liability

AFTER

We centralised documentation, built staff-accessible workflows, and created a training system that got new hires up to speed without pulling senior staff off patient care every time someone new joined.
