What a first call is actually like
15 minutes, you tell me what's driving you crazy about your business. I ask a few questions because I'm nosy, and it helps. By the end, you'll know whether I'm the right fractional operations director for you, and roughly how. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. There's no pitch, no pressure, no jargon. Worst case, you've had a nice chat with a friendly Texan.

I get it. Reaching out means admitting something isn't working, and that's uncomfortable. Showing someone the messy inside of your business takes a bit of nerve. But you don't have to have it all figured out first. That's literally my job. Come as you are, mess and all. I've seen it before, and I'm not going to judge you for it.
