Work with Me
STEP ZERO: The Free Call
Before anything else, we talk. Thirty minutes, no charge, no agenda beyond figuring out what's actually going on in your business. You tell me what you're dealing with. I tell you what I think. We work out together which direction makes sense. And if I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you that too.

Every working relationship starts here. Book yours below.
Choose a Pathway:
Pathway 1 -
Understanding What's Actually Wrong:

This is for you if you know something is off but can't quite name it. Things feel harder than they should. Your team is working hard, but the output is inconsistent. You're the person everyone escalates to, and you're tired of it, but every time you try to fix something from the inside, it doesn't stick.

I come into your business, spend time with your people, map what's actually happening, and hand you a clear diagnosis. Not a vague report. A prioritised picture of what's costing you time and money, and what to do about it in order.

What happens:
-
Shadow observation of daily operations and multi-role workflow analysis
-
Leadership and staff interviews to understand goals, frustrations, and where communication breaks down
-
Visual workflow mapping to make the invisible visible — bottlenecks, handoffs, the places things quietly fall apart
-
A prioritised action plan with quick wins, medium-term fixes, and longer-term changes
-
A written diagnostic report that your leadership team can actually use, including workflow diagrams and ROI estimates

Timeline: 3–4 weeks
Investment: £4,800

Starts with the free 30-minute call.
Pathway 2 -
Fix it

You know what needs to change. Maybe you've just come through the diagnostic. Maybe you've been staring at the same problem for two years, and you're done waiting. Either way, you need someone to come in, build the thing, and make sure your team actually uses it.

This is project work. I scope it around your specific situation, and I stay until it's built, implemented, and running. That means the systems, the documentation, the training, and the handover. Not a deck of slides and a goodbye.

What's included depends on what you need, but typically covers:
-
Workflow redesign with clear ownership at every stage
-
Full documentation — SOPs, manuals, and quick-reference guides your team will actually open
-
Staff training so new systems get adopted rather than avoided
-
KPI dashboard setup so leadership can see what's happening without chasing anyone
-
30 days of post-implementation support, so nothing slips once I hand it over
-

Timeline: 6–12 weeks, depending on scope. Investment: £5,400–£8,500

Scope is defined following the free call, or directly after the diagnostic, if you've done that first.
Pathway 3 —
Keep It Working

Systems drift. Teams drift. New people join, old habits creep back in, and the thing that was working six months ago quietly stops working. The retainer is how you stay ahead of that.

This is ongoing involvement from someone who already knows your business inside and out. Every month, I'm watching the numbers, identifying what needs attention, and doing something about it, not just reporting back that a problem exists.

Three options depending on how much you need:
-
Eyes On — £1,200/month (4 days) I'm in your numbers every month. KPI review, variance analysis, one operational improvement identified and actioned, and a written insight report for your leadership team. Priority access if something urgent comes up.
-
Hands On — £1,800/month (6 days) Everything in Eyes On, plus I'm doing deeper process work alongside you. Not just watching what's drifting, actively fixing it.
-
Locked In — £2,400/month (8 days) Everything in Hands On, plus a quarterly planning session so we're always ahead of what's coming rather than reacting to it.
